How it works

Most sellers and agents finish the webform in about 10 minutes.

  1. Enter the property address
Search up the property by address, then we will show you the lot and plan, council area and location on the map to make sure we get it right.
  2. Review and answer a few questions
We pull in title, planning and other statutory records. You answer only what the records can't tell us.
  3. Pay and receive your Form 2
$500, one-off. Your completed, editable Form 2 is emailed to you, in most cases within 24 hours.

Where the information comes from

We pull as much as possible directly from government sources using APIs, custom code and OCR, so you are not asked to type in what the records already say. Nothing is re-typed by hand, so there are no typos. We ask you only for the minimum information needed to meet your legal obligations, then assemble everything into one document: your Form 2 Seller Disclosure Statement, the report a seller must provide for every Queensland property sale under the Property Law Act 2023.

What you'll need

For a standalone house, nothing in advance (although having your rates and water notices handy might help). If the property is part of a body corporate (a unit or townhouse, for example), have the levy notice handy.
